Terms and Conditions
1. Online Store
www.bunnybunny.fi is operated by Shinnihome Oy (Y-tunnus: 3196154-1), we sell products to private individuals in Finland. All products' price and the shipping fee include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
2. Ordering
Products can be ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. All customer information is treated with confidentiality. The contact details requested during the order process will only be used for delivery purposes or to resolve any issues related to the order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the purchase.
3. Payment
Payment transactions are processed through Shopify Payments. This secure payment system handles all transactions and supports various payment methods. Shopify Payments ensures that your payment information is kept secure and complies with all relevant financial regulations. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment has been successfully completed.
4. Order and Payment Confirmation
Once your order and payment have been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second confirmation will be sent once your products have been shipped.
5. In-Store Pickup
We offer an in-store pickup option for orders placed through our online store. If you select "Pick Up in Store" as your delivery method, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow us sufficient time to process and prepare your order for collection.

Pickup Time: Orders will be available for pickup during our store’s regular business hours. You will receive an email or phone notification when your order is ready for collection.
Requirement: Please show your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
Pickup Deadline: If your order is not picked up within 24 hours after being notified that it is ready, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Please ensure to check your email for updates regarding your pickup, and kindly allow time for us to prepare your order before coming to collect it.
6. Shipping Methods and costs
Currently, we only offer delivery through Posti. Shipping costs are based on the total order amount:
For orders under €20, a shipping fee of €14.9 will apply.
For orders between €20 and €68, the shipping fee is €9.9.
For orders over €68, delivery is free within Finland.
You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your order. We ensure that all products are securely packed for delivery.
7. Delivery Time
The typical delivery time for orders within Finland is 1-3 business days from the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from delays. Any changes in delivery times will be communicated on this page at the top.
8. Exchange and Return Policy
You have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per Finnish consumer protection law, excluding food products. However, we offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Returns are only accepted for unopened items in their original packaging (for complaints, see section 10). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. After receiving the returned products, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping costs. For full-priced products, we aim to ensure that the "best before" date is at least one week away when the product reaches you. For discounted products, the "best before" date may be closer or just passed upon arrival. Products near or past their "best before" date will always be sold at a discount, and this will be noted in the product description.
If you wish to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly at info@bunnybunny.fi. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the order (if paid via online banking, the refund will be credited back to your account).
9. Failure to Collect the Order
Failure to collect the order does not count as a cancellation, and the order amount will not be refunded. If the customer does not pick up their package from the post office and it is returned to the sender, the customer will need to pay for shipping again if they wish to receive the products. The costs incurred by the sender due to the uncollected package will also be charged to the customer.
10. Issues
If the product is lost, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, please report the issue within 14 days to the relevant parties listed in our exchange and return policy. If the package is damaged during transit, a claim must be filed with the postal service immediately, and you must notify us at info@bunnybunny.fi.
