Welcome to Bunny Bunny (“we”, “us”, “our”). This website, bunnybunny.fi, and the related online store are operated by SHINNIHOME OY under the store name Bunny Bunny.
We provide a curated online shopping service for food products, snacks, beverages, instant meals, sauces, seasonings, and selected non-food items such as tableware, kitchenware, toys, figures, collectibles, accessories, beauty products, and lifestyle products.
Bunny Bunny is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our website, products, and services.
By visiting our website, using our services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for any minor dependent to use the Services on devices owned or managed by you.
To access or use certain parts of the Services, including placing orders, creating an account, contacting customer service, or using checkout, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that may harm Bunny Bunny, our customers, Shopify, or third parties.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, appearance, size, packaging, labels, ingredients, nutritional values, country-specific packaging language, and supplier information may vary depending on manufacturer updates, batch differences, screen settings, or product availability.
Because we sell imported food products, including snacks, beverages, instant noodles, sauces, seasonings, and other food items, product formulations, packaging, allergens, nutritional information, best-before dates, and supplier information may change from time to time.
Product information on our website is provided for convenience and general reference. Customers should always check the information on the product packaging before consumption, especially ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, storage instructions, preparation instructions, and best-before dates.
Packaging languages may vary depending on the country of origin, manufacturer, batch, or supply channel. Slight variations in packaging, labeling, design, or product appearance do not automatically constitute a defect.
Taste preferences, texture expectations, spice level expectations, sweetness level, smell, or personal dislike of a product do not constitute a product defect.
We do not warrant that any product will fully meet your personal expectations. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit product quantities, restrict sales to certain customers or regions, or correct product information where necessary.
Issues such as damaged, leaked, contaminated, spoiled, incorrect, or unsafe food products are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products from us. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders affected by stock errors, pricing errors, product information errors, suspected fraud, high-risk payment signals, unusual order patterns, or delivery restrictions.
Your order is not confirmed until we have accepted it and processed your payment. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive a separate notification.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. For food products, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to food safety and handling requirements.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation. We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and non-returnable items are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
You confirm that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.
For EU destinations, shipments generally do not incur customs duties within the EU single market. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges, or other local charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) the payment information you provide is valid and complete;
(ii) you are authorized to use the payment method;
(iii) your payment will be honored;
(iv) you will pay all applicable charges, including product prices, taxes, and shipping fees.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers as further described in the Payment Service Provider section below.
If a payment is declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise not completed, we may cancel or suspend the order.
SECTION 5 - PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
We offer several payment methods through third-party payment service providers. The available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, browser, order value, currency, and the payment providers available at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and its payment partners. Available payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

The exact payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout. Some payment methods may require additional verification, authentication, or approval by the relevant payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet provider.
Bunny Bunny does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify, payment processors, card networks, banks, wallet providers, or other payment service providers in accordance with their own terms, security standards, and privacy policies.
Paytrail payment service provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Shipping, delivery estimates, store pickup, shipping fees, customs-related matters, unclaimed parcels, incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, split shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, peak-season volume, public holidays, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you when you, or a person authorized by you, take physical possession of the products, or when the products are collected from a pickup point or from our store.
If you choose a carrier or delivery method not offered by us, where applicable, risk of loss passes to you when we hand the products to that carrier.
Food products may be sensitive to temperature, humidity, or handling during transit. Once an order has been delivered to you, collected by you, or made available for collection, customers are responsible for collecting, inspecting, and storing food products promptly and according to the instructions on the package.
We are not responsible for spoilage, deterioration, or damage caused by delayed collection, improper storage after delivery, weather conditions after delivery, or customer failure to follow storage or preparation instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect a parcel, or failed delivery caused by reasons outside our control, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, non-returnable items, refund processing times, and return instructions are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Because our store sells both food products and non-food products, different rules may apply depending on the product category.
For food products, returns or refunds may only be accepted in limited cases, including where the product arrived damaged, leaked, contaminated, spoiled, unsafe to consume due to shipping damage, or where you received the wrong item.
If you experience an issue with a food product, you must contact us within the time period stated in our Refund & Return Policy and provide the required information, photos, or videos so that we can review your request.
Opened food packages, broken seals, perishable food items nearing or past shelf life, returns due to taste preference or personal dislike, allergic reactions caused by not checking ingredient information, sale items, or promotional bundles may be non-returnable unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
For non-food products, returns may be accepted where the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, labels, and barcodes intact, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
SECTION 8 - PRODUCT INFORMATION, FOOD SAFETY AND ALLERGENS
We aim to provide accurate product information, including product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, storage instructions, preparation instructions, and best-before dates where available.
However, food product information may vary by batch, supplier, country of origin, import channel, packaging update, or manufacturer reformulation. The information shown on our website may not always reflect the exact information on the product package you receive.
Customers are responsible for checking the product packaging before consuming or using any food product, especially if they have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, religious dietary requirements, pregnancy-related restrictions, medical conditions, or other food-related concerns.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, do not consume it before checking the package information or contacting us for assistance.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, intolerances, or other adverse reactions caused by failure to check product packaging, ingredient information, allergen information, or warnings before consumption, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Best-before dates are not the same as use-by dates. Products may still be safe after the best-before date if stored properly, but quality may gradually change. We aim to ensure that products are sold with reasonable date information, and any specific short-date or clearance products may be marked separately where applicable.
SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on the Services, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, graphics, product photos, icons, designs, layout, website structure, and other content, are owned by Bunny Bunny, SHINNIHOME OY, Shopify, our licensors, or relevant third-party rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, publicly display, scrape, download, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
All third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

SECTION 12 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Bunny Bunny is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All sales made through our store are solely between you and Bunny Bunny / SHINNIHOME OY. Shopify is not responsible for any purchase, product, order, delivery, refund, return, exchange, customer service issue, or transaction-related matter between you and Bunny Bunny.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify from claims arising from your purchase from or interaction with Bunny Bunny, except where such claims relate directly to Shopify’s own services and cannot be excluded under applicable law.
SECTION 13 - PRIVACY POLICY
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policies.
By using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, contacting us, or otherwise interacting with our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Bunny Bunny, Shopify, payment processors, shipping partners, IT service providers, marketing service providers, analytics providers, and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 14 - CUSTOMER REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, ideas, photos, videos, messages, or other feedback to us, whether through our website, email, social media, review tools, surveys, or other channels, you agree that we may use, reproduce, publish, display, translate, edit, and adapt such feedback for business, marketing, customer service, and service improvement purposes.
You represent that any feedback you submit is your own, is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, best-before dates, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping fees, delivery estimates, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
If an order is affected by a material error, such as a pricing error, stock error, product information error, or shipping fee error, we may contact you to offer a correction, replacement, cancellation, or refund where appropriate.
We do not undertake to update, amend, or clarify information in the Services except as required by law or where we consider it appropriate.
SECTION 16 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

(ix) interfering with the security, functionality, performance, or operation of the Services;
(x) using the Services for resale, export, or commercial purchasing without our written agreement.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Services at any time where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or created risk for Bunny Bunny, our customers, Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, order-related obligations, refund or return obligations, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and provisions intended to survive termination.
SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, stock levels, prices, delivery estimates, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free, although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consumer rights. In such cases, some disclaimers may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, liability, or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bunny Bunny, SHINNIHOME OY, Shopify, and our respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from your use of the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order, except where a higher liability applies under mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, product liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunny Bunny, SHINNIHOME OY, Shopify, and our respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
(i) your breach of these Terms;
(ii) your violation of applicable law;
(iii) your violation of third-party rights;
(iv) your misuse of the Services;
(v) fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity carried out through your account.
This section does not apply to the extent it would limit your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
SECTION 21 - CONSUMER RIGHTS AND DISPUTES
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under Finnish law, EU consumer protection law, and, where applicable, the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board where applicable.
SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or deemed severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 23 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or notices posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bunny Bunny regarding your use of the Services and purchases from our store.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
SECTION 24 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms where reasonably necessary for business operations, restructuring, sale of business, merger, or legal compliance, provided that this does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms and any agreements relating to the provision of the Services are governed by the laws of Finland.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rights that apply under applicable law.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 27 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our business, products, services, legal requirements, Shopify functionality, payment methods, shipping arrangements, or policies.
The latest version of the Terms will be posted on our website. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
