Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders, estimated delivery times, store pickup, shipping rates for eligible destinations, and important notes for food products. By placing an order with Bunny Bunny, you acknowledge and accept the terms set out below.


📦 1. Order Processing

We process orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or major campaigns, processing may take longer.
  • Order confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped or ready for pickup, you will receive a separate notification.
  • High-risk or unusual orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged by our system as high risk or otherwise identified as unusual. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Food orders – no cancellation after shipment
For food products, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, due to food safety and handling requirements.

Store pickup is available at our physical store:

  • Pickup availability: Pickup orders can be collected during our store opening hours:
    Monday – Friday 10:00 – 20:00
    Saturday 11:00 – 20:00
    Sunday 12:00 – 17:00
    Holiday hours will be announced separately.
  • Pickup notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation, either digital or printed. We may ask for identification.
  • Pickup window: We generally hold pickup orders for 7 days. If you cannot collect your order within a reasonable period, please contact us in advance so we can advise on options.

🚚 3. Shipping Rates

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. We are actively working to improve shipping services and region coverage.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Finland)

Important notes

  • Shipping availability may vary by address and carrier coverage.
  • Due to carrier shipping rate adjustments, shipping prices may be updated from time to time; the checkout price always applies.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only, not guarantees.

🧾 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For EU destinations, shipments generally do not incur customs duties within the EU single market.
  • For non-EU destinations, such as Norway, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, including VAT, charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.

⏱️ 5. Shipping Delays and Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates and times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak-season volume.


🌡️ 6. Food Products – Temperature & Handling Disclaimer

Food products may be sensitive to temperature or handling during transit, and shipping conditions may be outside of our control. Once the order has been delivered to you or made available for collection, we are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays, weather conditions, or improper storage after delivery.

We recommend that you:

  • Track your shipment, if tracking is provided.
  • Retrieve parcels promptly from pickup points.
  • Inspect your food items immediately upon delivery.
  • Store products according to the instructions on the package.

📍 7. Incorrect Address, Unclaimed Parcels, and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed parcels / pickup point storage: If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Failed deliveries: If the carrier cannot deliver due to reasons beyond our control, such as recipient unavailable or access issues, the carrier’s procedures and fees may apply.

📦 8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages, for example due to stock location or packaging requirements. If this happens, you will receive the relevant shipping updates for each package where applicable.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before placing an order.
