As our store sells both food products (such as snacks & beverages) and non-food items (tableware such as bowls and chopsticks), the following policy outlines the return and refund rules for each category.


📦 1. Refund Policy for Food & Non-Food Items

Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, leaked, or contaminated

  • The product is spoiled or has an abnormal odor

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during shipping and is unsafe to consume

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the entire product

  • A close-up photo of the damaged or affected area

  • For shipping-related issues: photos or videos of the outer box and internal packaging

Unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us first) may not be accepted.


Non-Food Items

You may return non-food items if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unwashed and undamaged

  • The original packaging, labels, and barcodes are intact

  • The return is requested within 30 days of receiving the order

Return shipping costs for non-food items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Perishable items nearing or past shelf life

  • Returns due to taste preference or personal dislike

  • Allergic reactions caused by not checking ingredient information

  • Sale items or promotional bundles (unless damaged or incorrect)

Non-Food Items

  • Used or washed tableware

  • Missing original labels, barcodes, or packaging


📍 3. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, customers generally have a 14-day right to return items.

Food Products

❌ The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to perishable food items.

Non-Food Items

✅ The 14-day cooling-off right applies to unused, undamaged tableware with intact packaging, labels, and barcodes.


🔁 4. Exchanges

  • Food products cannot be exchanged due to food safety regulations.

  • Non-food items may be exchanged if unused and in their original condition.

💸 5. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you if a refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


📮 6. How to Start a Return

Before sending back any item, please contact us.

We will provide:

  • Eligibility confirmation

  • Return address

  • Required documentation or photos

  • Shipping instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


🔒 7. Storage Conditions For Food Products

Food items may be affected by temperature or humidity during transit.
Please inspect your items immediately and store them properly.

We cannot be responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
