This ready-to-use warishita simplifies cooking by providing an authentic base for sukiyaki hot pot, while also being suitable for a variety of Japanese simmered dishes such as nikujaga or braised chicken with daikon. It enhances the natural taste of meat and vegetables, creating a rich and umami profile with minimal preparation.
Instructions for use

Heat a sukiyaki pot and evenly spread beef fat.

Grill the long onion, then add beef slices and pour in the sauce until the bottom of the pot is about half covered. Cook until the meat is done, then serve.

Add grilled tofu, chrysanthemum greens, shirataki noodles and other remaining ingredients, then continue cooking and serve. Adding udon noodles at the end is recommended.
Easy menu ideas with warishita sauce
● Nikujaga (2–3 servings)

Cut beef (or pork) 200g, potatoes (3 pcs), onion (1 pc), and carrot (1 pc) into suitable sizes and stir-fry.

Add 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of this sauce, then simmer.
● Simmered chicken and daikon (2–3 servings)

Cut one chicken thigh into pieces and stir-fry until lightly browned.

Add 3 cups of water and sliced daikon (1/2 piece), bring to a boil, then add 1/2 cup of this sauce and simmer.
