Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen 93g
Origin: Japan
Nissin RAOH Tonkotsu Shoyu is Japanese instant ramen with a mellow, full-bodied pork bone and soy sauce broth. Aromatic Aomori garlic adds depth, while Kagoshima black pork extract brings savory richness and a hint of sweetness.
The thick, straight noodles have a smooth surface and a firm, springy bite. Their three-layer structure gives them a chewy texture reminiscent of fresh ramen, with enough substance to complement the rich broth. Finish your bowl with sliced pork, spinach, green onions, or nori.
Preparation:
-
Bring 430 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust the cooking time to your preference.
-
Pour the liquid soup base into a serving bowl.
-
Once the noodles are cooked, pour only the hot cooking water into the bowl first. Stir well to dissolve the soup base.
-
Add the noodles and stir gently. Serve with chashu pork, spinach, spring onions or nori seaweed if desired.
