Instead of ramen noodles, this bowl uses tteokbokki rice cakes for a satisfyingly chewy texture and an intense spicy sauce. Quick to prepare in the microwave for an easy Korean meal or snack.

Instructions

Place the rice cakes and sauce into the bowl.
Add hot water up to the inner line.
Lightly cover the bowl with the lid.
Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 1000W or 3 minutes 30 seconds at 700W.
Stir well and serve.
