Acecook OR Rice Noodles (Pho Kho) are traditional Vietnamese dried flat rice noodles commonly used for pho soup and other noodle dishes; the noodles have a smooth and slightly chewy texture and absorb broth and sauces well, making them suitable for soups, stir-fries, and noodle salads.
Instructions for Use:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add the rice noodles and cook for about 2–3 minutes until softened.
3. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water if desired.
